By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you have attained the age of majority as per the laws in the State of Qatar. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any law (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. If for this, or any other reason, an item is not acceptable, it may be returned providing it is sent back within 28 days and is in new, unused condition. Certain products cannot be returned. See section above, for details. All prices shown are cash prices in Riyals. (QAR). We reserve the right to accept or reject orders, to refuse applications or with prior written notice to close an account. Prices of goods displayed in and ordered through the Directory may differ from prices in store. We will request payment for the full amount on confirmation of your order.

If you use this publication and create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.We may combine the information you give us with information from other companies and use it to improve and personalize our services, content and advertising. This may also be done on a reciprocal basis. And from time to time, we make portions of our customer list available to carefully screened companies so that they can contact you with offers and information by mail, telephone, email or otherwise. Credit Card Payments
We are unable to accept credit cards that are due to expire within the next FIVE Days. Card details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are dispatched once authorization has been obtained. We reserve the right to charge you convenience Fee while you enjoy our platform.SAQRONLINE accepts only Card/Cash on Delivery.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY FOR PRODUCTS WITHIN QATAR
1. Return policy of SAQRONLINE is applicable in the territory of Qatar.
2. Products are returnable if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product.
3. Buyer expressly acknowledges that the Seller selling the defective Product will be responsible to Buyer for any claims that Buyer may have in relation to such defective Product and SAQRONLINE shall not in any manner be held liable for the same.
4. Returns will be processed only if:
• It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
• The product is not different from what was shipped to the customer;
• The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
• Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
• Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.
• E-Vouchers, E-Gift Cards & other E-Gaming Vouchers / Codes cannot be returned
5. Before accepting shipment of any product, kindly ensure that the product’s packaging is not damaged or tampered. If the package is damaged or tampered, we request you to refuse delivery. We assure refund upon such refused delivery or non-delivery. If in case you choose to accept the product, you shall do it at your own risk.
6. Returns are subject to verification and checks in order to determine the legitimacy of complaint/return. During pick-up, your product shall be checked for the following conditions:
a. Products may be rejected for return if they are not returned as per the conditions mentioned above. Products may also be rejected for return (for refund or replacement) if sent directly to the Seller by you without our approval for the same, in which case you waive any and all claims against SAQRONLINE.
b. Refund/replacement shall be issued to you only after verification
c. Replacement is subject to availability of the product (size, color, etc.)
d. In case the replacement product is out of stock, money will be refunded. (Terms & Conditions apply)
f. Products sold as combos/sets cannot be replaced or returned individually.
h. All refunds shall be made in Qatari Riyals only.
j. In the event of false, frivolous or baseless complaints regarding the delivery or quality of the Products, the Buyer will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
k. The return process of a Product may be subject to additional terms depending on the nature and category of the Product. Any such additional terms may be specified on the Website or be intimated by the Seller at the time of purchase of the Product. .
We are in no way responsible or liable for the offer for sale or sale of the Product by the Seller to the Buyer, its delivery, the warranty terms (if any) related to the Product and the return, refund or cancellation of purchase of any Products.
Company does not warrant that the sale price provided by the Seller of the Product is accurate, proper and valid. Any error in the sale price shall be solely attributed to the Seller and not to SAQRONLINE.Prices, Product description and availability of the Product are Seller's responsibility. SAQRONLINE shall not assume any liability for the non-availability of the Product, delivery of the Product directly by the Seller.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Qatar.
